Since its launch in 2015, Parkside located on the Malahide Road, has established itself as one of the most attractive and sought-after new developments in North Dublin. For the first time, Cairn Homes is introducing their brand-new duplex homes to the popular family-focused development. In addition to the new duplex homes, Parkside is also launching a limited collection of their 3 and 4-bedroom homes.

This family-friendly development of houses, apartments and now, duplex homes is situated in a landscaped setting just off the Malahide Road beside Father Collins Park. The homes come in a number of high quality brick elevation styles and clever internal layouts to suit every family’s needs.

Each home includes an impressive array of features as standard incorporating the very latest construction technology to ensure an A3 BER rating and a property with outstanding energy performance.

The selling agent Hooke & MacDonald previously sold out all units from the first phase and the latest release in the second phase will see the additional units launched at the newly refurbished show house and information suite on site. The new duplex homes will be available to purchase from plans on site.

Duplex home units start at €285,000. The large 3-bedroom units start at €370,000, while the large 4-bedroom units start €420,000.

Cairn has a land bank of 12,100 units, over 90% of which is located in the Greater Dublin Area (GDA). Currently, Cairn is active on eight sites in the GDA, which will deliver over 3,200 units.
