The overhaul includes a fresh corporate identity and a renewed commitment to its core values, all timed strategically with the company’s ambitious plans for a major expansion across the UK and Europe. The company aims to bolster its staff numbers to 500 and achieve a revenue milestone of €100 million by the end of 2025.

The announcement was made by Philip Smith, the Managing Director of Leo Lynch, who highlighted the rebrand’s significance, stating, “This transformation is a testament to our determination to venture into new markets alongside our clients, establishing ourselves as the go-to provider of process and mechanical engineering services across Europe.”

Leo Lynch, with a rich history spanning 67 years, has built a strong reputation for delivering excellence in quality, safety, and efficiency on specialized projects in high-growth sectors. The rebrand is seen as a strategic move to amplify this message both at home and on the international stage.

Anticipating a substantial growth trajectory, Leo Lynch aims to increase its current workforce of 350 by over 40%, reaching a target of 500 employees by the end of 2025. Following a significant investment from US-based Cathexis in 2022, Leo Lynch has strategically positioned itself for expansion, focusing on strengthening teams and operational capabilities to spearhead growth initiatives in the UK and Europe.

The heart of Leo Lynch’s rebrand is encapsulated in the theme of ‘High-Performance Engineering.’ The redesigned logo, featuring a plus sign, symbolizes the strong connections and relationships Leo Lynch has built since its establishment in 1967. The tagline, “High-Performance Engineering,” underscores the company’s commitment to delivering quality, reliability, and innovation on a grand scale. The bold orange color in the new brand identity reflects the energy and dynamism brought to every challenge by Leo Lynch personnel.

The company’s online presence has also undergone a transformation, with a new website now live at www.leolynch.com.
