Belfast’s Titanic Quarter is set for a transformative phase with the appointment of James Eyre as the new Chief Executive. Eyre, a veteran within the company since 2006 and formerly its Commercial Director, brings valuable experience to steer the district’s growth and development.

From a visionary master plan, Titanic Quarter has emerged as a dynamic community where 20,000 individuals live, work, and visit. Boasting an impressive £618 million in investments, it stands as Northern Ireland’s leading visitor and leisure destination, home to over 100 prominent companies that collectively contribute to 12,200 jobs.

Recent achievements include the completion of Olympic House, the flagship office development, and the initiation of Loft Lines, the largest-ever private sector housing investment in Northern Ireland with 778 new apartment homes. Simultaneously, the construction of the Hamilton Dock Hotel, offering 228 beds, signifies ongoing progress in the district.

As Chief Executive, James Eyre aims to propel Titanic Quarter Ltd into a new era of growth. Over the next decade, ambitious plans include increasing investments to £2 billion, creating £500 million in social value, expanding the residential population to 9,000, and bolstering job numbers to 27,100. Eyre’s strategic outlook positions Titanic Quarter for continued success and development.
